Orders and fulfillment

Orders scatter across tabs and inboxes.

One shipping slip up loses the next order.

Fulfill cleanly, so buyers come back.

Order to doorstep, one flow.

Orders, shipments, tracking, and returns in one place, across every channel you sell on.

  • Every channel, one queue
  • Exceptions surface first
  • Refunds behind their own permission

Why it matters

One queue, every channel

Web, chat, WhatsApp, voice, and phone orders land in the same view with the same statuses.

Exceptions come to you

Held orders and returns surface first with the reasons visible. The clean ones flow.

Shoppers never have to ask

A status timeline with carrier tracking answers "Where is my order?" before it becomes a ticket.

Money stays deliberate

Managing orders and moving money are separate permissions, so help never means risk.

How it works

How Monday morning clears itself

One apparel brand, 40 weekend orders, two that need a human.

  1. Step 1 of 4

The weekend lands in one queue

    • Forty orders from web, chat, WhatsApp, and voice, one view.
    • Search, status tabs, and a 30 day pulse keep the queue readable.

40 in, 2 need you, illustrative

  2. Step 2 of 4

    Two exceptions surface first

    • A held order waits in review with its risk reasons visible.
    • A return request opens a clear flow: approve, receive, close.
    • The money moving refund step stays behind its own permission.
  3. Step 3 of 4

The rest flow out the door

    • Add the carrier and tracking number, the shipment is on its way.
    • Every status change lands on the order's own timeline.
    • Invoice and confirmation email go out from the same page.
  4. Step 4 of 4

    Shoppers watch it arrive

    • They track from the receipt, the email link, or their order number.
    • "Where is my order?" gets an instant answer in the chat, not a ticket.

Every order tells its whole story.

Each order carries a full timeline, from placed to shipped to returned. You, your team, and the chat all give the same honest answer.

Fair questions

Do all my channels land in one queue?
Yes. Web, chat, WhatsApp, voice, and manual orders all land in the same orders view with the same statuses and the same timeline.
How do returns work?
Shoppers request a return from their order; you approve, receive, and close it in a clear state machine. The money-moving refund step stays behind its own permission.
Can shoppers track their orders?
Yes, three ways: from the receipt, from the email deep link, or by entering their order number. They see a status timeline with carrier tracking.
What about phone or market-stall orders?
Create them manually in the console. Off-platform orders get the same timeline, invoices, and emails as everything else.
Brings them back

Orders out the door, shoppers coming back.
