Questions

The things people ask before they pay.

Which currency am I charged in?
Merchants in India are charged the rupee price. Everywhere else is charged the dollar price. You see the exact amount before you confirm, and that is the amount that leaves your account.
Are taxes included?
Prices are exclusive of taxes. Any tax we are required by law to collect is added at checkout and shown to you before you pay.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. There are no per transaction fees from us and no share of your revenue. You pay your payment gateway their own fee directly, the same as you do today.
Can I cancel?
Any time, by email or phone, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancel within seven days of your first charge and we refund it in full. The details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What if I run out of AI tokens?
Connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google key on any plan and there is no ceiling. You pay that provider at cost, nothing extra to us, and you can switch back to your included tokens whenever you like.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
You move up a tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for.
